REFUND POLICY:
At MYMINTBOX, your happiness is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to provide you the best quality products and services. We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience. All our products are machine and handcrafted with love by our artisans, to ensure our customers get the best style and utility. Each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check before it is dispatched.
We urge you to read the product specifications/description clearly before placing an order. Considering the nature of products sold, once a product is unpacked, we cannot resell it to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS:
1. Shipment lost in transit: The shipment is marked ‘delivered’ by the shipment carrier, but you haven't received the shipment. (Please note: We have to check with our shipping carriers for the proof of delivery. Once the shipment is marked as ‘delivered’, the proof of delivery data is available only for 2 working days. Kindly make the claim within the time frame stipulated. If a request is raised after the turnaround time, no request will be entertained.
2. Inadequate quantity shipped.
3. Wrong product shipped.
4. Damage in Transit.
5. Out of stock: After placing an order and completing payment, if the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated ASAP.
6. If any item of an ordered set is not in stock or is undeliverable, refund for the said item and its proportionate shipping cost will be issued. However, the order with other items will not be cancelled.
7. If delivery is refused by the customer or the customer has requested 'Return to Origin', then the order once received by us will be checked. Once checked, the shipping charges will be deducted and only the remaining amount will be refunded.
All claims for the aforementioned must be reported by e-mailing us at contact@mymintbox.com within two days from the date of delivery (except in case of exception-1, where we urge you to raise a claim immediately). We would recommend you to take latest photos and videos from all sides, as soon as the product is delivered to be attached along with your refund request to facilitate faster refund processing. Later, photos/videos may not be valid since the product may get used. Requests may be rejected if the product is not in its original condition and packing, upon inspection by our team.
If your product is approved for return, please courier it back to us. Please ensure that the returned product is in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.
Please allow us up to two working days for your refund request to be approved from our end. The Authenticity of the requests will be verified and you will get an email notification once your request has been noted.
Authorized refunds will be made back to the source and may take up to 7 working days or more based on bank's timeframe.
During peak seasons, please allow up to 10-12 business days for your refund to process.
Kindly check that you have entered the correct email id and phone number, while placing an order. All your order related information will be sent to the email id you provide. We will not be responsible for errors/omissions in email id or phone number.
PLEASE NOTE:
Each piece may slightly differ from each other due to manufacturing process, being combination of machine and handcrafted processes.
Color of product shown may slightly vary from actual due to manufacturing process, photography and lighting.
As far as possible we ship and you get what you see and buy.
We strive to provide you excellent quality products for reasonable price.
It is for the user to satisfy themselves if the product meets their requirements, before placing an order.
No refunds will be made for delays in pickup and delivery by the courier partner. The dispatch estimate mentioned on the product pages is an estimate. No refunds will be issued for delays in dispatch. In no scenario will the refund amount be more than the order value/item value for which the claim is made.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders once placed through https://mymintbox.com and paid for, cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made with respect to the same in any scenario.
